Wilpattu Restaurant & Guest house está en Pahala Maragahawewa, a 33 km de Kumbichchan Kulama Tank y a 33 km de Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the host and his family. He was able to help us arrange transportation to/from the guesthouse and also the safari jeep. The location is very quiet despite being by the main road. It’s located some distance from the safari but still relatively close by. we managed to see the elephant and even a leopard! The room itself was clean and well planned, all the basic amenities were provided for us.

Very nice shower, better than what I have at home. Silent airconditioning. Not cheap but worth the price because of the quality of the rooms. Extra will be breakfast 1200,diner 1500, softdrinks 300-500. Food good though. Contact with the manager only by phone, that's a pity, contact with the local family who takes care of the accommodation and food is very good, though little English.

Wilpattu Mookalan Resort, que cuenta con bicicletas gratis, jardín y wifi gratis, se encuentra en Habawewa, a 39 km de Kumbichchan Kulama Tank y a 39 km de Jaya Sri Maha Bodhi. La amabilidad de toda la familia es espectacular. Se preocupan por todo. Ubicación fantástica pues está a las puertas del PN Wilpattu. Cena muy abundante, hay que decirle que ponga menos para no tirar comida, pero estaba riquísima.

Swan Lake Habarana se encuentra en Habarana, a 12 km de Pidurangala Rock, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, terraza y restaurante. Kalhara is the perfect host , highly attentive and thoughtful about every small detail. The rooms are spacious, with a minimal aesthetic, well maintained and super clean. Every meal was a lovely home cooked spread, accommodating certain dietary restrictions . One of the best stay experiences I had during my two week trip in Srilanka.

VISU VILLA hotel está en Habarana, a 10 km de Pidurangala Rock, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. It was the greatest place to stay in Habarana if you are looking for a budget friendly option. The room was with a treehouse chalet. The interior of the room is perfect and well designed in an eco friendly way. The manager is so friendly and professionally helped us with A to Z. There is a nice pool anyone can enjoy. The food is amazing. There was a small boy who assisted with everything perfectly. From the property to the town is close by. They helped us with organizing a village tour that was fantastic. Per person cost was LKR 2500/- including bullock cart ride, Catemoron ride in Habarana lake, village lunch etc. Such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend anyone who would like to visit Habarana to choose Visu Villa as their stay. 🥰 I never expected this kind of a wonderful star hotel service in a budget villa like this. Make sure you put Visu Villa in your bucket list. ♥️

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home Tourist Rest, Cooking Classes & Tours. The comfort level was top-notch — everything was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room came with its own living room, making it feel like a full apartment rather than just a guest room. For a very reasonable price, we had a completely private space to ourselves, which we really appreciated. The location is also ideal — the area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A special thanks to Nilukshan, who organized some truly extraordinary tours for us, including the Wilpattu safari, and visits to Anuradhapura and Mihintale. Each one was memorable and perfectly arranged, giving us deep insights into the history and beauty of the region. We also took part in a cooking class conducted by Malsha, which was another highlight of our stay. The class was hands-on, fun, and absolutely delicious — we learned a lot and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — it’s more than just accommodation, it’s an experience!

The host and hosts family were very very helpful and polite. They helped us in organizing our further adventures. The breakfast was huge and very good. Actually it was like staying in your home. I highly recommend this resort.

We had a fantastic one-night stay at Pearl House Resort. The location is excellent—very close to the main city and attractions. The rooms were spotless, with great air conditioning and hot water available. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always available when we needed assistance. Our booking was for two rooms, but they were not adjacent. The hosts went above and beyond by offering us a bigger room for the same price, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
