As soon as you enter, it's as if you have stumbled across an oasis! You are welcomed by the very friendly staff, sat on a couch, provided a wet towel to wipe your face and a refreshing fruit juice. Check in is so smooth, we didn't have to do anything. We just enjoyed the juice while the formalities were taken care of. The room was amazing. We had the Simha room, which had the private jacuzzi. It was big and comfortable. Very highly recommended!
