There were not many stores and restaurants nearby. We ordered delivery food. They have a kitchen in the common area and we were able to find some utensils. The owner is a very nice guy. He gave us a lift to the airport at 5am for only 25 soles.

There was a kitchenette, kettle and teas as well as fruit and water left in the mini fridge, all wonderful after a late arrival. Shower was also great. Very budget friendly and close to the airport. Lidia and her husband are wonderful hosts and happy to offer advice and help when required.

The Guest House 1 at the booming center of Miraflores, Lima - Peru es un alojamiento con vistas a la ciudad que está en Lima, a 9 min a pie de Playa Waikiki y a 1 km de Larcomar. Beautiful apartment and the owner was so easy to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us great advice for restaraunts etc in the area. Out of curiosity we looked at the price of the hotel next door and it was double the cost of this place. We would definitely stay here again.

Many things contributed to this stay: First of all, very kind and helpful hotel staff (hospitality+) and the location. Mini markets, restaurants, cafes close by. Safe to walk around also in the evening. Whoever reads this should know that the accomodation is very special because by just going left in a straight line and through the park one can reach the sea in about 5 minutes. Most sea view locations (as far as what we encountered at least) don't allow for going down to the waterfront. The maria reiche park also lights up the nazca lines in the evening which creates a lovely atmosphere to stroll around with a coffee :) Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay!
