I had an exceptional stay at RENASE. Joanna is one of the friendliest and most helpful hosts I’ve came across in my six months travelling South America. She is a bird enthusiast and we went birdwatching around the reserve; she also offered local Amazonian juices & drinks for me to try. Breakfast exceeded expectations and the lodge itself is beautiful, being set within the jungle and built using a traditional bamboo structure. It is located just off the road and easily reached by bus from Leticia. Joanna helped organise my tours and was always on hand to assist. Couldn’t have asked for anything better, in fact I wish I could’ve stayed longer.

Spacious and clean rooms with ACs and TV. Big kitchen with plenty of kitchenware, free coffee. The staff are really nice. Away from the hustle and bustle of the town.

Extremely friendly and helpful English speaking owner, who gave us many useful tips about where to go and what to see in Leticia and surroundings. The quality/price ratio was excellent. WiFi was fast and worked without interruptions (which seems to be rare in Leticia). The air conditioning worked well (which is also not evident in Leticia). Comfortable bed and a shower with water heater (a rarity over there). Close to restaurants and to the river port.

A great place to stay after four days in the Amazon rainforest! The room has everything that you need. Close to the center and the airport too. The staff was very friendly 🙂

I love this place! In a very beautiful location on the outskirts of town, the hostel has rustic and simple charm with great community atmosphere for the more adventurous traveller. Peaceful, awesome value, good vibes!

We felt extremely welcome and at home in Casa Amazilia. They helped out with everything: waited for us at the airport to arrange transport, brought us to the centre of town for dinner, arranged tuktuks and invited us for lunch. Quiet side of Leticia and close to the airport. Far beyond any expectation and the perfect place if you would like a more personal touch.

Great location in the small village Mocagua, on the Amazon river. Nice, simple, comfortable rooms cleaned daily by the awesome staff. Beautiful surroundings, gardens and close to the jungle. Lots of birds, animals, insects around the premises. Just take a flashlight out at night and you will be amazed. Accommodating staff, just ask, they will do everything they can to accommodate the guests. Nice owner is always around makkg sure we were happy with our stay. They offer lots of activities to choose from, all nice and safe. We had the highest room with the terrace in the resort, with beautiful views of the river and sunset. Food is good and traditional/tipical, they make fresh juice with all the meals. All food is cooked daily, my favorite was the fish. But everything is delicious. The town is clean and it's worth exploring on foot, morning, day or night with flashlights to look for animals at night. The people in Mocagua are super friendly, we were even invited for lunch by one of the residents. Twice. Overall a great experience with La Cieba.

Very nice and wellcoming, spent 2 nights there. All was good. Booked a room with 2 beds for single stay , got a room with one bed, but all good. Fan was in the room. Host is happy to help in any situation, agreed to leave the bags while jungle tour for some donation.
