Location was ideal for temple bar, visiting Guinness Storehouse etc… Perfect 5/10 minute walk from everything touristy! Very clean and tidy, comfortable beds and shower was amazing. Didn’t have to deal with staff as such because room and door codes are provided. Rooms still cleaned/ made up at some point in the day as well which is a nice touch! Good little fridge in the room too which was ideal. Value for money was decent, certainly better than the other options in the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

A real retreat - it is located in a cul de sac so it is totally quiet. The room and bathroom are very clean. The bed is is very comfortable. Self check in, reliable and hospitable hosts that provide guests with info and privacy and are available if you need anything. Excellent communication. Busses, supermarket and self service launderette nearby.

Location couldn't have been better to the Mater hospital across the road! Accomodation was very clean & beds comfortable. Being a coeliac was not an issue here (not a lot of places cater for same). Food was delicious. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Lovely guesthouse in a great location 5/10 min walk to shops, bars/ restaurants buses into town. Or if you prefer to walk it's about 20 mins to town. Lovely little garden at the guesthouse. Elizabeth at reception was amazing, so kind and friendly. There's a nice tv lounge to relax in or read or whatever. I would definitely return to Egan's guesthouse.
