What a haven in Delhi! We loved it here so much that we extended our stay. It’s friendly, quiet, safe and clean. Sanjeev went above and beyond to make sure I had strong wifi for a day with some work calls. Breakfast is tasty too!

I don't think there is a better host and accommodation than this one on booking and here is the explanation. Pankaj (the host) welcomed us at 5 am even though we were supposed to arrive after 12... he even showed us must-visit places that we didn't know about, he drove us to the subway with his car and showed us good restaurants, shops etc. he was available at any time of the day for all questions and services, he even offered more without asking for anything in return... the accommodation was very clean and comfortable, enough space, it's even better in person than in the pictures and most importantly, it's located in a safe area. high score deserved. thank you for everything!

Everything about this place is magic. You won't find a better place than this in the centre of the city. Train station is 3 minutes walk through the lovely park . High quality furniture and linens were used by the owner . Paid around 3K for our stay , easily this house worth way more. We were offered tea from the wife of the owner which was a great gesture. It was all very good. The location is great, a very nice quiet neighborhood for Delhi and close to Deer Park, where you can walk and have a lot of nice places to eat and shop. The family is very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and comfortable. The room is really nice, clean and big. The homemade breakfast was so tasty. We already booked our next stay for the night before going home.

Very helpful and friendly staff. A true home away from home. I injured my foot in the city and felt very well cared of by the staff. Having the possibility to get lunch and dinner was life-saving. The complimemtary breakfast is wonderful - different Indian dishes every day. So so tasty. High level, spaceos facilities, great furniture, and marble floor. Rooms to the back are quiet. Balcony is too small to sit in, yet the window door to the balcony is big and brings much light. A lot of storage space in the room, very comfortable. Guests can use kitchen on the third floor. Highly recommend.
