Had a fantastic stay at Bundeli Kothi, a peaceful and relaxing haven only a short drive from Orchha. We felt right at home - Sakshi and Mudit were friendly and welcoming, accommodating for our every need including doing laundry for us. They shared local advice and provided exceptional service throughout. The home cooked dinner and breakfast were delicious, rooms spacious and the bed very comfortable. Only stayed one night but wished it was longer!

It was very clean and neet. The whole property was kept this way. Even their house was like this. They showed me around in their property. Really enjoyed my stay in here. The bed was big, the AC was nice. And the food was delicious dor a reasonable price. Recommended!

This is a hidden gem, located on the banks of the river Betwa. The house is very tastefully decorated and the rooms are spacious and comfy. Although we arrived late, we could enjoy a hearty dinner of dal and rice with some salad and chapatis. The vegetables are organically grown on this 4-acre farm. We highly recommend this place. You can combine a visit to Ochhra with the peaceful environment on the river bank.

Very clean and specious room, beautifully decorated homestay. The breakfast was delicious, little far from main city but the place is extremely beautiful. Thanks to host, had a wonderful walk in the little hill behind the homestay. The owner and staff was extremely helpful and take care of everything I needed. Looking forward to visit again.

Be prepared to have one of your most memorable experiences in India! I stumbled upon Homes of India through Booking. Certainly, my stay was way more than I could have hoped for. I stayed with the Surendra family who made me feel welcome right from the start. From preparing dinner over fire, late evening chats, temple visits, creating local arts, trying on a saree and henna, I am pretty sure my experience could not have been any more insightful and memorable. Still, if you would like to have some time to yourself you could always retreat to your private room on the property. The room, by the way, is quite cozy and comfortable. You also have your bathroom and shower. Room and washroom facilities were clean and well taken care of. Most of all, I am grateful I got to meet such a wonderful family. I can only encourage you to book a stay at this accommodation and experience the real India!
