You'll be able to see Mt Fuji from the entrance if the weather is good. Quite a cozy home stay with everything you need really. The lake is the closest to Mt Fuji and about 12km to 13km loop ; mostly flat to run / cycle around. Go for it to see the magnificent fujisan from the other end. You won't regret it. The dormitory was big, the bed was very confortable with curtains for privacy, the shower was great, the wifi work very well, it's 50 meters from the bus stop, 100 meters from the lake, 7 Eleven at 100 meters, kitchen for cooking, free tea and coffee in the morning.
