A stylish, comfortable and luxurious stay. This place is so special and you can see the love and care that went into this villa. Our room was spacious and looking out to the ocean. The beach is just a few steps away from the bedroom constertina doors that open completely. I loved the botique shop on the property with beautiful designer clothes. Lovely hosts and a really comfortable stay! There is also a beach nearby where you can swim with turtles!

This was our first time vacationing on the island of Sri Lanka. I can confidently say that the time we spent in this house left the best impressions. We initially booked this house for a few nights but then extended our stay. The house has its own large area by Sri Lankan standards, beautiful garden with bananas, mangoes and other trees. It is away from the busy road which is a huge positive. You can relax and enjoy nature. Dikwella beach with a very gentle entrance and no big waves is about 10 minutes walk. The house is very clean and cozy. High ceilings, wooden furniture, a lot of small details pleasant to the eye. The room has good furniture and plumbing, there is air conditioning and no problems with hot water and sewage. The host carefully monitors the order in the house. Amila is always ready to give you any help, solve problems, always with a smile and good mood. We learned from him a lot of new and interesting things about the customs in Sri Lanka, the way of life of the islanders, traditions in the family. He never refused us in communication. We additionally bought breakfasts and dinner. They were very tasty and varied. This is real home food, not like in hotels. Amila also has wonderful parents. Evenings spent with this family will always remain in our memory. We would like to say thank you very much for your hospitality and we are sure that we will definitely come back here again.

The room is large and well equipped. Despite situated on the main road, it is very quiet. Very nice furnitured roof terrace and 2-3min walking distance to the beach. All kind of stores and a pharmacy around. Breakfast served in wonderful sea view restaurant. All amenities arranged in a good style. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We had a pleasant stay at SurfbayVilla. The bedroom was comfortable and the breakfast in the kitchen was good. The location is on walking distance from Dikwella beach and 5 minutes by tuk tuk to Hiriketiya. The owner (Chamila) was friendly and attentive.

The room was so comfortable and clean! Nigel is such a sweetheart! He was an amazing host, went beyond to help us literally any time we needed anything! The property is also located quite close to hiriketiya beach and other hotspots! we absolutely loved the stay that we extended our trip by four more days cancelling our other plans to stay at bakamuna! Highly recommend!
