Charming guesthouse in the centre of Nizwa, we really like the traditional style of the room and house. Close to the fort and souq. The host was very nice, they welcomed us and gave us presents. They offer breakfast just few metres away of the guest house. We would stay again.

We had an incredible two-night stay at this hotel in Nizwa! The service was absolutely top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade and even received free breakfast, even though we hadn’t booked it. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious, truly a 10/10 experience. Adnan was an exceptional host, providing us with countless tips and ensuring that nothing was missing during our stay. Jahed and Hassan were also amazing, always helpful and attentive. Together, they make an outstanding team that goes above and beyond for their guests. We can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!
