The food was some of the best I’ve had in Albania. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. They were incredibly helpful, especially guiding me through the logistics for the Valbonë to Theth hike, which I had planned for the next morning. And the view from the terrace? Unbelievable! Surrounded by stunning mountains, it was incredibly serene. I genuinely regret not booking a longer stay. I’ll absolutely be coming back – next time for more than just one night. The staff were a family that were extremely kind and always helpful and hospitable a loving manifestation of the Albanian spirit of hospitality even without perfect english for the non Albanian speaking people they somehow managed to communicate effectively and leave a lasting impression on most guests i saw there besides me that is an albanian Speaker.As for my experience they made me feel like im actually home and part of the same family and i felt like i was in my own home I will definitely come again.The location is also mesmerizing and excellent located very centrally so you have access to various parts of the village in similar walking distances.

The room was cozy, comfortable bed. We stayed just one night before hiking to Theth, but it's a place, where you can easily spend more time, especially in summertime, with the beautiful garden around the house. The location is perfect, because it's not too far from all the restaurants in Valbona and the local shop. You can also get a foodpack for your hiking, which is made 100% from homemade bread, eggs, fruit and vegetables. It was the perfect amount for us.

The room was spotless, cozy, and had the most amazing clear view of the mountains—such a peaceful sight to wake up to! The food was delicious—fresh, homemade, and full of flavor. The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful, even offering us a free morning drop-off to the starting point of the hike, which we truly appreciated. A lovely bonus was the small farm on the property, home to friendly cats, chickens, and cows—it added such a charming touch to our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, great food, and heartfelt hospitality in a beautiful setting!
