It was a little further from the motorway than I imagined but it was worth it. Marie is so welcoming. The attention to detail in the rooms and at breakfast I can tell that when the Auberge is finished it will be incredible. I hope to visit again on my next trip driving to the South of France from the UK, to see what Marie has done. The area is so tranquil and lush.

Beautifully renovated barns to a high standard, shower was great. Quiet, secluded area Hosts were great and provided us with a lovely breakfast. Nice courtyard garden with hot tub. Host very sympathetic to rural living and local produce. Very interesting ideas in sustainable living. This area is very off the beaten track but worth a visit. The route from there to the Rhone Valley was very beautiful. Here you feel in a very timeless France

A wonderful location to discover southern Ardèche. Located in Grosspierre, a small viallage in Southern Ardèche. The hosts of this beautifully and carefully renovated house are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast with local products was delicious.

This was the perfect rural France B and B experience. The breakfast was wonderful, hosts were very friendly and accommodating. I wanted lodging near Aven d’Orgnac grottes, this was within minutes of that location. Restaurants within 10 kilometers. No bus service to this area but roads were not a problem although somewhat narrow winding through the hills. This stay was truly memorable.

Great food and good location for exploring the Ardeche by car. The host was lovely and very helpful. We speak some french which helped. Air con was very good and needed as was so hot. Excellent dinner available on request - typical chambre d'hotes. Great base for getting out and about all day, maybe not if you want a lot of chill time there as quite small but perfect for our needs. Our dogs were made to feel very welcome too.
