I was offered free coffee and tea, the owner agreed to individual arrangements for breakfast, the food was delicious and there was much more than I could eat. On top of that the communication has been amazing, I was picked up in Iprari, dropped off to continue my trek to Ushguli and arranged transport to Mestia the following day. The rooms were comfortable and clean, I had everything I needed and more! I highly recommend staying at Elos guesthouse, it was truly a pleasure staying there and would definitely stay again in the future.

She went out of her way to make sure we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed our time in Mestia. The guesthouse is also at a great location, at a walking distance to the main parts of the city, and is surrounded by serene fields. I would absolutely love to stay here again. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

We stayed there for 3 nights and had such a great time staying here at Galaxy-R! Radi, the owner, is incredibly hospitable and also really funny — he made us feel so welcome, like we were visiting an old friend. Every morning started with a delicious homemade breakfast and our room was comfortable and clean, with a balcony that had the amazing mountain view — we loved sitting there and enjoying a glass of Georgian wine. The location is perfect for hiking, with beautiful trails leading to the glacier, the cross, and Koruldi Lake just nearby. We enjoyed our hiking days there a lot! I strongly recommend to visit the Svaneti Tower from Randi’s family. It is truly impressive that people could build such a tower with all the wise designs. I was stunned to be inside and see all the details. We enjoyed our stay and we plan to go back for a ski trip! Yes, it is perfect location for skiing as well!

We hiked from Mestia to Ushguli and Victor Guesthouse was absolutely the best we encountered in Svaneti. Room and bathroom are simple, cozy and very clean. Comfy beds, good WiFi and the outside is well organised to enjoy your time resting. Food was a lot and delicious, hosts daughter spoke English making everything easier. The family is very welcoming, supportive and kind. Best value for the money we spent, wish all guesthouses were like this. Also located in the most convenient part of zhambeshi, as you will encounter it right after the small bridge at the end of day one trail and right at the start of day 2 route, skipping the annoying road side variation of the trail.
