Warm welcome from Johan and his nephew, the room was clean and already fresh with the AC. The place felt like home and we could also use the kitchen. The breakfast was very good with plenty of food and fruits. The location is perfect, in a calm neighborhood, close to the city center. We also plan the visit to Ijen with Johan and everything went smoothly ! Thanks for everything, it was a pleasure to meet you :)

Mountain Ecolodge se encuentra en Gubukklakah, a 23 km de Velodrome Malang y a 24 km de Bentoel Museum. Mary is the perfect host and made us feel right at home. The room is very nice and new and has an amazing view. Mary and he husband did everything they could to make it a great trip and I would highly recommend!

We felt right at home here. The host answers all our questions, helped book tours, laundry and advice on onward travel. Cool hang out space here too.

Brak Homestay está a 36 km de Mount Lamongan y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis y parking privado gratis. Rubí el propietario, es súper atento. Te ayuda en todo. Me fue a recoger al aeropuerto avisándole con poca antelación, me organizo el tour a bromo. Me ayudo con los billetes de tren y la sim card, me volvió a dejar en la estación de tren. Esta siempre a tu disposición y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. La verdad que mi estancia alli fue muy muy buena. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Harry's Ocean House Pacitan está en Pacitan y dispone de wifi gratis, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. Algunas unidades tienen zona de estar y/o balcón. If there is paradise on earth it is Harry´s Ocean House in Pacitan. Everything about it is beautiful. The dorm, where you basically sleep in the open, the common area, everything. It is a place where you will find chill people, can enjoy surfing with literally no people in the water (apart from the people staying at Harry´s and few locals) and not many other tourists. For me it is the spot to learn how to surf, since it is a beach break (safe), only few surfers, but still some good swell. It is perfect for relaxing and extending your stay to more than just a few days (I ended up staying a month). You can rent a surfboard and scooter for a really fair price (cheapest I have had in my travels). Tina and Gayun who run the hostel are super friendly too. I am already planning to come back at the end of my travels :)

Java Turtle Lodge Meru Betiri está a 4 min a pie de Playa Rajegwesi y ofrece alojamiento con restaurante, jardín, salón de uso común y terraza. The owner and staff is super organised, attentive and helpful. They organised transport to pick us up promptly at the fast ferry and drove us all the way to the Turtle Lodge. We had activities they planned each day such as seeing a waterfall at Green Bay Beach. The turtle overnight watch we signed up for was incredible located inside the national park. My son loved releasing tiny turtles to the sea and we saw how the Green Sea turtles nested.

Mocca Guest House, que tiene jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y wifi gratis, está en Banyuwangi, a 16 km de Watu Dodol. Love this little homestay. Breakfast is very tasty. Thank you for having us!

Juda Homestay se encuentra a 21 km de Watu Dodol y ofrece alojamiento con bicicletas gratis, jardín y recepción 24 horas. La habitación en casa particular ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. Our room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and felt super cozy. The shower was great too, with excellent water pressure. 😍 But the absolute highlight of our stay was Juda. He was so attentive and genuinely caring. Every morning he prepared a fresh breakfast and tea for us, and when I mentioned having a sore throat, he kindly brought me some ginger tea. He even remembered to bring it again the next morning without me having to ask. So thoughtful and sweet. Thank you, Juda, for such a wonderful stay at your beautiful homestay. P.S. Juda’s adorable cats were an extra bonus. They’re so cute!

Banana Homestay se encuentra a 2,9 km de Playa Boom y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, terraza y cocina compartida. La habitación en casa particular ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. Fantastic hosts, very kind and extremely helpful. They even lent me suitable shoes for the walk. Highly recommended.
