I had an amazing experience at this place. From the moment I arrived, the host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and well-equipped. I can recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Petra.

The units are equipped with air conditioning, a fridge, a minibar, a kettle, a bidet, slippers and a wardrobe. Some units include a terrace and/or a balcony with mountain views. At the homestay, all units have bed linen and towels. The hotel is located near the center area of the town. All the big restaurants for tourists are within walking distance. The house and its rooms are super cozy with nice view of the city and the valleys from upper level. The owner and his family members were so kind and caring. When we arrived on the first day he was in Amman but kept calling to ask if we are ok and if we need anything. Same thing happened for the second day, the owner called me when I was waking in Petra and asked if we need to arrange the taxi for us from the back entrance after we finish walking up the Monastery, because he knew we would be finishing the trek late after sunset. The third day, before we checked out, he went with us to the ATM to help us exchange some JOD as the exchange near by offered a terrible rate. Thank you for being a great host.

I stayed with Mohammed and his family for 2 nights and had an unforgettable experience in Petra. They were very welcoming to me, his mom cooked the best homemade food and we also rode horses in Petra. All in all a wonderful time together! I would love to stay with them again in the future and can only recommend their place with full support!!!

One of the best guesthouses we’ve ever stayed at! With all the amenities, facilities and exceptional & accommodating service of Shadi(owner) and his staff Tina, Jessica and etc. We also got to meet several other friendly tourists including Leticia. Also Shadi upgraded our room to one with a very nice view overlooking Petra city center/downtown. Shadi also granted us late check out as we requested. Delicious dinner at extra minimal cost (15 JOD) and breakfast was tasty too. For our early morning trek to Petra after Shadi’s recommendations night before and as we can’t eat breakfast, Shadi and his team prepared lunch box for us with water, some fruits; dates, cereal bar, jam, cheese, honey & orange packed juice. Overall it was extremely fabulous guesthouse. Definitely recommended when in Petra!

The family running the place is very friendly, both the father and son speak good English. The day we visited Petra early in the morning, they pre-prepared our breakfast for us. We also had dinner there one night, which was delicious, and we're invited many times for tea and snacks. Comfortable room, good value for money. Very close to Petra entrance, 2 minutes by car.

Guests can grab a bite to eat in an outdoor dining area and later warm themselves up in their unit's fireplace. By the time we arrived on our first day, Ali's mom had already prepared dinner. Ali and his family welcomed us as if we were one of their own. They helped us carry our luggage to our room and gave us a tour of the building. Staying with Ali feels just like being at home, with all the comforts you could need. They introduced us to local cuisine for both dinner and breakfast, and even took us to a bar with an amazing view of the city. Ali not only provides a home and delicious food but also offers excellent travel tips for Petra that save you time and effort. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to see them again in the future.

The property is around 39 km from Petra Church, 39 km from High Place of Sacrifice and 39 km from The Great Temple. The guest house offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Very clean, quiet and comfortable house. Spacious room. The host was available and very kind. They have prepared on request for us breakfast and dinner home made. Very close to Wadi Ghuweyr hike starting point, 10 minutes by car.

Very comfortable and clean room in a traditional style located in the Bedouin village less than 3 kilometers from Petra’s main entrance and 150 meters from the back entrance. The hosts, a lovely local family, were extremely nice and welcoming. They were happy to chat, gave us useful information and cooked delicious dinners for us when we came back from visiting the sites. It was a great pleasure to stay with them and we really enjoyed their company and warm hospitality.

Beautiful location in authentic Bedouin village. Eid is a super friendly and welcoming guy that gives you a feeling of being at home right away. Nice hike/walk to petra from there!
