The place is nicely located in between and not far from attractions such as the temples at Koyasan, the blossoms at Yoshino, and archaeological sites at Akusa.

Everything we needed was provided, from tea to towels. It’s a great location for exploring the lower, less touristy parts of Japan, but simply beautiful!!!! shares Nara. The living room was very cosy and nicely decorated. The location was 3 minutes walk from the train station, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The hosts were very helpful the whole time,they even organised for my luggage to be transported to the next hotel. Overall, an amazing stay, highly recommended!!!

We loved the attention to detail, especially the vintage record player with Japanese vinyls and how well stocked the kitchen was (oil, spices, rice, coffee etc. - the best we had in Japan!). Staff was very accommodating. Very spacious, perfect for our group. We had to change the group size due to a mistake of our own and it was very easy to resolve, thank you for that. We had a great time!
