熱海温泉 実の別荘 está en Atami, a 19 min a pie de Playa de Atami Sun y a 27 km de Estación Hakone-Yumoto. The owner was super friendly and kept the onsen open late for us when we were out too late. He helped us research restaurants in the area and even gave us ice cream after a hot bath!

Effective October 1, 2025, a lodging tax will be introduced by ordinance of Takayama City. In addition to the room charge, 100 yen per person per day will be charged. This is a delightful guesthouse, only a short walk from the bus station. Loved the common areas - it was nice to have a kitchen with tables. Our room had traditional Japanese beds on the floor and tatami matting, which the kids loved.

長徳寺宿坊 Temple Hotel se encuentra en Shingu, a 5 min a pie de Kamikura Shrine y a 700 metros de Kumano Hayatama Taisha. My family and I liked how spacious, convenient and warm welcoming our host was! The location was few minutes walking distance to local restaurants and family mart. It was also approximately 8 minutes from Kumano Hayatama Taisha and in front of the bus stop heading towards to Nachi. Our host, Sasaki-san, was also kind to give us an introduction to the place along with offering free icecream, beer and sake! Overall we recommend this place!

This really feels like the real life in Japan, the smell of tatami..... The hosts are a special story: friendly and caretaking as one can tell! Picking you up at the station and giving you all kinds of hints and recommendations. The house is not far from the sea so you can walk there for a bath. Walking to the two bind stones along the coast takes you 30min.
