Honestly I have no words to describe this paradise place. Firstly I want to thank Johney, the host of this beautiful place. He has a very good heart. He was so helpful. We had everything that we needed even our own kitchen. Johney gave us towels, water, cooking supplies and more over he allowed us kayaking and it was one of the best days! Talking about the place: it’s a paradise. We were staying in local village and interacting with locals. The kids are adorable there. The house was so beautiful. It had a fan and it was more than enough for us. When you live in the nature you don’t really need WiFi so it was amazing to have these beautiful three days in the nature and waking up with the songs of the birds. OMG! I 100% recommend Friend of Nature homestay! You will never regret it and it could be your best experience in Cambodia because for us it was one of the best! Also Friend of nature homestay is situated in the north of Koh Rong, very close to Lonely beach and it has its own local Palm beach. Johney, thank you so much for being so nice to us! At the homestay, every unit has bed linen and towels. Such a great experience! Sam’s place is inviting and cozy, very clean and nicely organized. You basically have your own little living room while here which is such an additional value. You have coffee and tea whenever you need it, and she offers drinking water as well so you can minimize the plastic pollution on the island. You get two strong fans so we had no trouble sleeping at all. She truly makes you feel like home ❤️

Really friendly owners, spotlessly clean room and a really comfortable bed. Just a shame we could only stay 1 night.

It is situated less than 1 km from M’Pai Bay Wild Beach and offers luggage storage space. The rooms are fitted with a patio with views of the quiet street. Great value for the price, thanks for offering an affordable place in this paradise! Shared bathrooms were clean. Might be a bit louder in the late evening/early night but they provide good earplugs. Dumplings and sandwiches in the restaurant are great as well. Bed with mosquito net worked well. Good fan. I think staying on the upper level is better :)
