We liked absolutely everything about this place. Trevor and staff are such great hosts, always asking us how our day has been and on hand to answer any questions we had. We stayed in the family suite and it was very spacious to say the least. 2 bedrooms and a massive lounge, en suite in the master bedroom as well as a bathroom. The kids swapped beds as the lounge had 2 sofa beds and I mean they are bed size. Air con worked perfectly and there's also a fan in each room too. Can't say we've stayed in much better accommodation than this. The tranquility of the pool area was sublime, enough sunbeds and loungers for everyone....no getting up early to put the towels on! The pool was big enough and the kids could play safely in the shallow end with no worries. Plenty of options at breakfast and even a cheeky bacon and egg sandwich with HP sauce! Great choice of drinks as well. There were super friendly like minded travellers from Australia and beyond always happy to chat to you. We were sad to leave to leave but what an introduction to Cambodia and Siem Reap. Honestly can't recommend this place enough, if you're ever in Siem Reap, stay here. Thanks again Trevor and if we ever come back to Siem Reap we will stay with you again.

Very clean, secure and comfortable room. Great price. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to downtown and night markets. A/C works great. Just off the main road. Laundry service was quick, cheap and good. Great value! I ended up staying an extra 2 days.

Situated 1.7 km from King's Road Angkor, VILLA Siem Reap - eco & local offers massage services, a garden and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the garden and city. It's the perfect place. It's more of a private Airbnb than a hotel feeling. We had our own little kitchen, dining table and balcony. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. And it feels very safe. The people running it are super nice. I honestly think this place is worth much more than the price they're asking for. I would especially recommend it to couples, families or friends. If you're travelling alone and like some quiet and peace then it's great for you too. If you're looking to be more social, maybe not. The place is a few streets outside of the center which in my opinion is perfect. You can take a passapp for a bit more than a dollar or have a nice stroll into town. You're already reaching the first restaurants etc in a few minutes walk. And there's a small local market just opposite of the place so you don't have to go far. If we ever need a hotel in Siem Reap again or have friends visiting, we will 100% book this place. Good luck to the owners for the future!

The room was massive and clean, the air con worked perfectly for the hot and humid days. The location was amazing, everything I wanted was walking distance.
