The riad is perfectly located—right in the medina, yet tucked away on a quiet and beautiful street just off the main road. Upon arrival, the receptionist, Walid, kindly offered us a choice between two rooms. The rooms were spotless, clearly newly renovated, with a comfortable bed and plenty of space. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Amal at the reception was incredibly helpful in finding us the best way to travel from Chefchaouen to Rabat (note: when we were there, only one bus per day ran at 7 AM, but an alternative is taking a grand taxi to Tangier and then the TGV, which took us just 3.5 hours). We would have happily stayed longer—this is a truly comfortable, laid-back place, perfect for enjoying a coffee on the terrace with stunning views of the city. The riad’s location was perfect, many local restaurants nearby and not far from the main road for transportations, making it easy to explore nearby sights. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast in the morning, which was a great way to start the day. The staff, alongside the owner, made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend this riad for anyone looking for a friendly and accommodating place to stay.
