A beautifully kept hostel with big comfortable rooms. Breakfast up on the top terrace was special - the tables were set with bespoke earthenware crockery, nice coffee, fresh juice, delicious local buns (like pita), butter & jam, scrambled eggs. However, it's the staff that really shine, so friendly, helpful & genuinely caring. We had 2 issues that the woman who runs the place sorted for us, no problem at all. We couldn't have stayed in a nicer place.

The roof terrace is perfect for chilling, we spent numerous hours there. The shared kitchen is basic, but enough. The included breakfast is OK. We really enjoyed staying in San Cristobal.
