First I thought I'd stay for just 1 night to rest before going to Laos, but ended up staying for 2 nights on my way to Laos and 1 night on my way back. What I liked: - you have a separate private house in a beautiful landscape - there is a desk/table and wifi, good for us working nomads - there are all the usual amenities like good AC, kettle, coffee, toiletries, water etc. - TV works great, I watched some films from my usb drive. - there is an outside kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishes etc. - cute cats and dogs on the territory - the host is so kind and helpful. He offers transfer to and from the border and the bus station, and also he agreed to keep my scooter for the time of my trip to Laos I would gladly just chill there for a week (if only I had the time). Next time I'm around, I'll definitely stay there again.

El Gita's House se encuentra en una zona tranquila de Chiang Rai, a 15 minutos en coche de la terminal de autobús, y ofrece un alojamiento acogedor. Everything. The place is clean, quiet, well kept. The bed is super comfortable. The shower has hot water, the decoration makes you feel at home. The staff is very helpful they give you tips on what to see around and you can rent a scooter directly there. The breakfast is very nice and has plenty of different options with delicious homemade marmelade. One regret is not being able to stay more. Thank you for everything 🙏

Na Na Doo Homestay tiene vistas al jardín y está en Chiang Rai. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, cafetería, jardín, terraza y zona de juegos infantil. The place is amazing! The workers are very very nice and helpful. Love the overall vibe! A place I would love to return to.

Alex and his family welcomed us in their lovely guesthouse. The room is comfortable and spacious with indoor and outdoor seating in the garden, great ac and wifi. The beds are hard (true south east Asia style) but it's exactly how we like it, so perfect for us, and you are given two blankets to choose how warm you want to be. Shower has great water pressure and hot water, and a hairdryer and towels are provided. Alex's wife and kids will prepare and serve a lovely breakfast of eggs and toast in the lovely patio. Tea, coffee and water are always available. Truly a lovely place to stay, tucked away in a quite street 10 minutes from the center of Chiang Rai, this is truly a lovely place to stay.

Bambuh Boutique Homestay tiene vistas al jardín y se encuentra en Ban Den. Cuenta con restaurante, salón de uso común, bar, jardín y terraza. El lugar es encantador y tranquilo. Rodeado de naturaleza pero protegidos ya que la habitación tenía una puerta de mosquitera y aire acondicionado. Es un lugar perfecto para relajarte y desconectar. Además el desayuno estaba riquísimo que recomendamos pero que no está incluido en la estancia. Los dueños son encantadores y nos orientaron en cuanto a precios y lugares.

The 5ive Homestay se encuentra a 6 min a pie de Torre del Reloj de Chiang Rai, en Chiang Rai, y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis. Everything. Amazing staff, everything clean, room and bed 10/10.

Tawan Shine, que se encuentra a 10 min a pie de Estatua del Rey Mengrai y a 2 km de Wat Phra Singh, ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño privado en Chiang Rai. The room (including the bed)was confortable and big and very clean good wi fi it was very nice the service was very kind too and things to cook and a nice balcony the only thing to make it even better would be a small biscuit to take with coffee but it was already nice to have free coffee and water.
