Fatima is by far the most wonderful and lovely host to exist! The moment I arrived it felt like home. It’s the most familial hostel I have ever been too. On top of that is the location super nice! The old town and the famous „Strip“ (party, going out) are easily accessible by foot. If you come to Albufeira and need a stay - don’t miss out on Fatima and Boas-Vindas. Thank you so much Fatima!

Found another home in this big ol’ world <3 Loved every detail, even the tiles in the bathroom! Spacious terrace; perfect location - right in the center, but you don’t hear much at night, and the beach is right down the road, through the cave 😍; good kitchen; good Wi-Fi; they even had loadsa leftover sunscreen from previous guests so I didn’t have to buy a whole bottle just for my Portuguese beaches trip… Easy to meet people or have some me time if you like/need. Like I said, felt right at home from the very beginning, and was sad to leave this place! Muito obrigada <3

We came back to this place for the second time and got an even better room. We could hear the sound of the waves all night — such a wonderful experience. The girl with dreadlocks who works at the reception deserves all the praise; she’s incredibly kind and lovely.

I’ve stayed at many many hostels but this was one of my favorites! Everything looks very new and clean, the beds are super comfortable, slept like a baby. The noise from the bars is loud but it didn’t really bother me. Awesome water pressure in the showers! Nice vibe, met some cool guests and the staff is very helpful.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Chris who made the effort to remember my name despite having so many people come in and out. Location is perfect, near old town and the beach. Rooms have privacy which is more than most hostels offer. Bathrooms were always clean and stocked with soap or toilet paper , would stay here again

Excellent location, stones throw away from the old town square. Beach meters away and beside many restaurants and pubs. Hostel was very clean, spacious dorm with very comfortable beds. Staff were top class and David went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Everything was just wonderful! I had only stayed in hotels before and this was my first time staying in a hostel. And it exceeded all my expectations! Super kind and pleasant staff, everything is clean in the room, in the kitchen, in the shower and everywhere else. It has everything you need to spend a few nights here. Excellent location in close proximity to the ocean. Nearby is a wonderful beach, fish market and many cafes and restaurants. I was very pleased with this hostel!
