Location - on a quiet street but close to restaurants, grocery shops, the pedestrian street and major sights Room - Big and bright with huge comfortable beds. The custom-made bunk beds are sturdy and solid, so there is no motion disturbance. Both upper and lower bunks have very good height clearance to allow maximum space. Thick bedside curtain completely blocks light and provides excellent privacy. Beddings are clean, fresh-smelling and extremely comfortable. I have had my best sleep here in my entire trip. Shower - Modern shower fixture with choices of showerheads. Hot water is plenty and strong. As modern and comfortable as the infrastructure is, the gem of this little hostel is Anna, caretaker and part-owner. She is simply amazing. She was very responsive with all my questions before I arrived, and was as helpful as can be after I checked in. She is always around, knows everything and everywhere; as an avid hiker and mountain climber herself, she offers many good tips for people who want to check out local trails. She keeps the small yet precious hostel immaculate and welcoming to all her guests. I enjoyed talking to her tremendously. She made me feel that I was staying with a friend.

An AMAZING host met us with a big smile when we arrived at the hostel. The lady was service minded and made sure we had everything we needed and more! The location is bang in the middle of the pedestrianised city center of Brasov with shops and restaurants just around the corner, as well as the Black Church. The place is clean, has everything one can ask for and a good vibe. Can't praise this place enough!

Vintage downtown hostel has a great vibe . The accommodation is in the old town . It has a super homey feeling and everything that you would need for a short or long stay. I will definitely return! Keep up with the good job !

A lovely garden, nice atmosphere with lots of wood decorations. Nicely renovated house, clean and modern bathrooms. Tasty breakfast. Having 1 hour for breakfast only is a good option to meet everyone in the house, socialize and share activities. The location is close to the train station. From my perspective the apartments have enough space and getting a free bathroom is not an issue. You'll get a pdf with suggestions for nearby activities.
