The owner was incredibly friendly and constantly ensured I was comfortable. I was the only guest at the hotel, yet he still came to cook breakfast for me. The room was spotless and cozy. If you're reading this and considering a trip to Jordan, just go. There are no tourists in Petra right now, and you'll likely never see this wonder of the world this empty again in your lifetime.

The family that runs the place will make you feel at home. They care dearly about their guests and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. If you stay here, know that the dinners and breakfasts are cooked by the mom of the family, and she's an exceptional cook. What's more, most of the food is grown in their garden downstairs. On our last night we had a lengthy conversation with the eldest son of the family, about jordanian culture and traditions, which was extremely interesting. The rooms are great and spacious, with comfortable beds, have a mini fridge and the hostel is 12 minutes drive trough a gorgeous road. Last but not least, as the name says the place has a breathtaking view over the mountains that surround Petra. If you have dinner here you'll enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset behind the mountains.

Se puede llegar al centro de visitantes de Petra caminando en 15 minutos. La zona es tranquila, hay restaurantes y markets alrededor. Zeyad fue un muy buen anfitrión, nos dio consejos sobre Petra, se encargó del desayuno y la cena y nos fue a buscar a la parada de buses cuando llegamos. Sin dudas lo recomiendo.

Baños limpios. El muchacho encargado es super atento y servicial y te ayuda y apoya en todo lo que necesites. Me apoyó en conseguir el bus para Wadi Rum. Esta super bien ubicado.

You can take a local bus early in the morning to go to Wadi Rum, just ask them to book a seat for you. Very clean and well located.

A nice outdoor area to sit and relax after a long day at Petra!! Very close and easy to get to Petra by walking. Great members of staff who are always happy to help. They become very good friends ❤️
