Located around 49 km from Tsurugaoka Hachimangu Shrine, the hostel with free WiFi is also 7.2 km away from Kowakudani Station. The property is non-smoking and is located 600 metres from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Even though the room we we're in wasn't too big. Which is something we knew coming here. It was extremly cosy and had a very good vibe. The venue itself feels as if you're staying in a luxury hotel. Everything you need is provided and it had one of the best, if not the best, breakfasts we've had during our stay in Japan. No need to go to a bar to drink something, the guestlounge upstairs or downstairs has the perfect atmosphere! Also the only place we stayed that provided us with a premade breakfast plate (healthy food) because we has to leave earlier than normal breakfast time. I highly recommend staying here!

The property itself was immaculate! Huge common area, very large and nice kitchen, an outdoor terrance overlooking a river down below, and onsite Onsen (both indoor and outdoor!). The lady working reception was incredible. She was very helpful with an foot injury I had and I don't know what I would on done without her help. Hostel is immaculate! It takes about 45 minutes by subway or bus to the actual town of Nikko. If you plan on visiting Tobu World Square or any of the hiking/waterfalls north of the town, it is perfect! You get a real mountain town feel being outside of the city center.

I did not realised when I booked (not sure if the information is there … somewhere, that this is a dormitory style backpackers hostel. The kitchen was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful and the location was excellent
Close to a great supermarket and convience store, so cheap food is easy to get, great staff for sociallising and talking to new people. One of the most “hostel” environments I’ve stayed in, i got to meet new people, drink and hangout discorvering Tokyo along the way
Great location for both Disney parks and Kidzania. We were a family of 5 staying in the Treasures 6bedroom; it was spacious enough for kids under 5 years. Comfy beds, great bunk beds for the kids. The crib provided was safe and our infant slept very well. The monorail is within walking distance and the hotel has great amenities. The gateway station has excellent eating options on the monorail line, as well as the buffet provided at the hotel for breakfast is fantastic.
Everything, I have lived in hostels of several other countries but this was the best hostel. It’s cheap, near to attractions, bus stops nearby, trains to airport and Ginza line were about 10-minute walk. Even after checking out you could leave your luggage for few hours and use the first floor facilities.
Everything! It's the best hostel I have ever stayed in Tokyo so far. - I was a little afraid at first because the room I got is a mixed dormitory (snoring, etc.). But turns out it was really quite and everybody was so considerate. Shower and toilets are clean. The staff cleaned it quite frequently. - I like the fact that you can also store luggage under your bed!
It is as described in the pictures, but a bit shabbier, less 'shiney'. Overall I enjoyed my stay, and the experience of it. It was certainly cheaper than hotels and I booked late so had few hotel options. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, although I should mention that I have a bad back anyway. The dormitory was safe, secure, all fellow guests I met were nice. The staff were all very nice. Very good bathroom facilities. All facilities well looked after, clean, working, and accessible. I would use it again.
Siesta fostered a good clientele. Everyone was respectful of keeping quiet in the dormitory section, respectful in the bathroom, and friendly in the common room. The mattresses were large and didn't cover the entire capsule, leaving a nice space to store things. As with all hostels, I recommend bringing earplugs or headphones to suppress the general noise in the dorm. Capsules are better than bunk beds at sound suppression, but by no means perfect.
Great location off the main streets of hakone but still close to everything. Perfect for a budget stay while the generous double-bed capsule style rooms offer way more privacy than a typical hostel, which was great. The shared bathroom and kitchen was always clean and the staff were friendly.
The host is amazingly friendly and the lounge feels like home. The bed is big enough for a person like me who is 195cm tall, free water and snacks are provided in the kitchen. Bicycles are also provided for free, not the one in the picture. If you are a backpacker this is definitely the best hostel you can find in Tokyo.
