Bunk beds were surprisingly high enough that you could sit up comfortably (which hasn’t been my experience with triple bunks in other hostels). Refurbished and spacious bathrooms, with hot water even at the sinks. Eggs served for breakfast along with two pieces of bread each.

Rooms at Hostel 1900 feature shared bathroom and wooden work desks. Dormitories have private lockers. Firstly, my request for early check in & bottom bed were granted. Alex was accommodating & showed me around in the clean hostel. The room 6 beds has electric fan and individual locker. Comfortable bed. Very respectable dorm mates. The shower rooms & toilets are split between men's & ladies which are provided towel for rent. Hot water is available in the shower. The rooftop it was amazing! Nice people to all countries. Basic breakfast is complimentary. High recommended for travelers on budget.

Both Larcomar shopping centre and Kennedy Park are 5 blocks away. Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, excellent space where I immediatly felt at home - able to chill on my own or meet people and have conversations. Excellent. Couldn't possibly have been better. Excellent location too - the corner shop just 30 seconds away has everything you could want, and the main person working there was extremely kind and we ended up having many conversations each time I went there.
