We use Superhog Verification to verify all guests. This is a mandatory requirement for not only the company but also our local councils: all guests must be verified. There is a fee that needs to be paid to cover the damage insurance. Failure to comply with this will result in no refund and no check in instructions being sent.
Management reserves the right to request Photo Identification for the main guest who has booked the chosen property, regardless of the booking platform used. Photo Identification must match the name that appears on the payment method used to pay for the reservation.
Smoking is not allowed. If you are found to have smoked inside the property you will be charged $250.00 for deodorizing.
Damage to balconies or decking caused by smokers will be charged $250.00.
Pets are not permitted. If you bring a pet into the property, you will have to pay a $250.00 fee plus any extra cleaning and deodorising costs.
Excessive rubbish removal or extra cleaning required will be charged at $50 an hour.
BBQ if used needs to be cleaned by the guest or a $200 charge will be levied.
Incorrect use of the yellow recycling bins will mean the cleaners need to remove items and correctly placed into the correct bin to comply with regulations, misuse will incur a $100 charge.
Damaged or lost linen will be charged at replacement cost. Guests are asked to leave linen in the property, do not wash.

The guest will not use the Property for any immoral, offensive, or unlawful purposes. Any evidence of illegal activity or drug use will be reported to the police.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
