Company information

We are both in our fifties. Originally from China, we both speak Chinese and English. Before coming to Australia Susie had worked in hotel management all her career. She likes cooking and making pastry. She also enjoy gardening. Jamie used to work for Centrelink as a bilingual officer. He resigned from his role and started working in tourism industry in Cairns in 2007. Jamie likes golfing and gardening.

Property information

Our beautiful House is located next to Mt.Whitfield conservation National park. It is on a higher ground with a great mountain view from the terrace. It is within 2 minutes drive to neighboring suburb of Edge Hill, which has Cairns Botanic Garden, walking track, cafes and restaurants etc. The house has 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (including one ensuite), high ceiling large living room and fully functional large kitchen and a washing machine. It has a swimming pool and exercise bike. The house has modern and stylish furniture and art decorations.

Neighbourhood information

This area is homes to many professionals and long term residents of Cairns. This is a quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by tropical gardens. Cairns Botanic Garden, Mt Whitfield walking tracks, cafes and restaurants etc in Edge Hill are all about 2 minutes drive in a car. Free guided botanic garden tour and bird watch tour are available. Please check dates and time upon arrival in our house.
