Newly built townhouse in a nice and quiet inner street of Melbourne Western suburb. The house is located in Sunshine North, close by to Melbourne city, easy access to public transports, supermarkets, local cafes and restaurants. We provide a comfortable stay for those who enjoys a spacious and quiet place away from the bustling city of Melbourne but also convenient travels to the CBD. Guests will have the ENTIRE accomodation to themselves.

Walking into the house is a nice and comfortable living room with sofa, installed split system (air conditioner/heater) and tv for guests to enjoy. Down the hall is an open space kitchen with an island table and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as microwave, toaster, kettle, rice cooker, fridge, oven, and all basic utensils and condiments. There is a dishwasher beside the sink with washing tablets supplied that is easy to use, eco friendly and will help save you some time cleaning. On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The ensuite room consist of a double bunk bed, a double bed, installed split system (air conditioner/heater) and bathroom with toilet. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed. The third bedroom is a double bed. All rooms have blanket, pillow and linens provided. Each bathroom has a standing shower head, a sink and toilet. Clean bath towels, face wash and toiletries will also be provided for guests to kindly use. A washing machine and tumble dryer is provided for guests who may be staying longer or for those who needs a quick clean wash. All Guests will have unlimited access to wifi.
