Charming, spacious and private 2 bedroom Granny Flat with its own private bathroom / shower, kitchen, laundry facilities.
Main room has Double bed built in wardrobe with linen included, secondary room is King Single bed with built-in wardrobe with linen included. Combined lounge & Dining area with full size dining table for 4 people, pull out sofa bed which can sleep two additional guests preferably children only, maximum guests allowed is 4 adults or 5 people in total (adults+children).
Fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities, stove, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, toaster and fridge.
Small patio outside dining table, free WiFi and air-conditioning, free parking onsite for one vehicle please notify if required when booking.
Self check in anytime after 3pm with key lockbox.
PLEASE NOTE:
This is for booking the entire Granny Flat (both bedrooms) as you will have use of both rooms and sofa bed for accommodation.
