My place is managed by the team at First Holidays located at 4/23 Brisbane Road, Mooloolaba. They will be in contact with you closer to your arrival day with all of the details you need for a smooth check-in and a wonderful stay.

Property information

Situated on level 2 Landmark Resort on the Mooloolaba Esplanade, this beautiful, sunny studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing beach break right at your fingertips. The well-appointed unit has a queen bed, Kitchen, separate lounge, laundry, and a spa bath. Resort facilities include a heated tropical lagoon pool, Swedish-style sauna, gym, and rooftop spa with BBQ facilities. A A start-up pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap, milk, tea /coffee, and washing powder is provided. (It is important when making the booking to ensure you list all guests staying, to ensure our cleaners are leaving enough towels and linen for everyone).

Situated right on Mooloolaba Esplanade, take the lift down to ground floor for the buzzing cafes, restaurants, bars and shops on the Esplanade, or a short walk to the Surf club or Mooloolaba Wharf and Sea-life Mooloolaba. Bus, Taxis and Ubers available nearby if you prefer some retail therapy at The Sunshine Plaza or a day trip to Australia Zoo or The Big Pineapple
