A grassed foreshore separates the Intrepid Building from the white sands of Shoal Bay Beach which is ideal for the kids to play. Unit 13 'Intrepid' is a fantastic two-bedroom unit on the 1st floor and offers modern plantation shutters throughout and an open plan living area with spectacular water views to the headlands. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of bench space, an upright stove, microwave and fridge/freezer. The main bedroom has water views and access to the balcony and the renovated bathroom provides a shower, vanity and separate toilet.   An internal laundry with top loader washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are also available. Close by and all within a quick ten-minute walk there are a variety of restaurants including Little Beach Boathouse, Halifax takeaway fish and chip shop, The Inner Light Tearooms and Diggers. The unit provides a single lock-up garage and one open car space which is ideal for a 2nd vehicle or small trailer boat/ jet ski. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.    PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost.
