Sip a crisp drink or a strong coffee and let the sun warm your skin while sinking into the eccentric-chic beach vibe that this modernly styled cottage is. This charmingly art-centric, 3 bedroom, two storied candy-coloured cottage is situated just behind the main street of Hyams Beach. Simply cross the road and you have the privilege of uninterrupted days spent on fine white sand. Swim in the soft ocean waters of one of Australia's most treasured beaches and enjoy the quaintness of this sea-side (one shop!) village. A visit to ‘Hyams Beach Cafe’ for classic Aussie fish n chips is a must! Take an early morning stroll along the shoreline, returning to the turquoise timber and art filled rooms of the cottage - where the coffee machine awaits. Spend your days bathing in the waters right in front of the cottage or at the Booderee National Park all of 10min away, where nature lovers can explore. Prefer catching waves? Curling waves found at Jervis Bay is where surfers can get their daily fix of oceans rides. There is currently building work taking on a neighbouring property. The work is carried out between Mon-Fri 7am – 4pm. The project completion date is unknown to our office at this point in time. Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
