Linen not supplied at this property. Original beach cottage located close enough to the Rosebud township and beach, so you definitely won’t need the car! Three bedrooms plus a sunroom and sleeping up to 10 guests. This original Rosebud beach cottage is located just one street away from the beach and the Rosebud township! The cottage sleeps up to 10 guests in the 3 bedrooms and the front sunroom. The first bedroom has a queen size bed, electric heating and a portable fan. The second bedroom has 2 x single bunks, electric heating and a portable fan, while the third bedroom has a double bed. The front sunroom has another set of single bunks and a portable fan. The shared family bathroom incorporates the laundry and there is a separate toilet. The original kitchen offers an electric stove, a microwave, highchair and a central kitchen table, while the living room features a Tv, Dvd player with Dvds, electric heating and an open fire place. This property does not accept schoolies, bucks, hens or other large parties/gatherings, penalties will apply to guests. . 20% Deposit automatically taken to secure booking – Final balance due 30 days prior to guest arrival. No refund 30 days prior to original guest check in date – Partial refund eligible if booking is cancelled outside of 30 days from original guest arrival date. Guests are required to complete a booking form and provide licence ID for guests and a credit card details prior to check in.
