Established in 1852, our property is situated along the George River, Meetermer, where the river meets the sea. At the heart of our philosophy lies a deep commitment to regenerative farming practices, which guide our every endeavour. Our primary aim is to nurture vibrant, life-sustaining soils, for the flora and fauna that rely on our land. We are self-sustained farm, growing our own produce, as well as providing Cape Grim Beef. The Stables represents the collaborative family effort. Over a span of three years, we meticulously transformed the century-old stables into a luxurious boutique retreat. Our vision was simple - create a space for slow contemplation, set within the scenic embrace of the land we hold dear.
