Udoban smještaj, idealan za četiri osobe s jednom spavaćom sobom, dnevnim boravkom, kuhinjom, kupatilom i vrtom uljuljkanim u zanosni miris teslićkih lipa koji očarava čula...To je mjesto čuvar tradicije, u srcu urbanog naselja, starih teslićkih kolona, oplemenjeno duhom novog vremena, gdje vas čeka klima uređaj, internet, TV, toplina, mir i blagodat spoja crkvenih zvona hrama Presvete Trojice i katoličke crkve Svetog Josipa...
Smještaj se nalazi u samoj blizini centra grada Teslića, na udaljenosti 2 km od Banje Vrućice koja je poznata po svojoj ljekovitoj vodi, parkovima, zdravstvenom centru i modernim hotelima, do koje vodi pješačko-biciklistička staza. U neposrednoj blizini smještaja je sportska dvorana Radolinka, kao i uređena gradska plaža na rijeci Usori. Takođe, vrlo blizu je gradski trg na kome se nalazi hram Presvete Trojice, u čijoj je porti statua kralja Dragutina. Gradski park, u kom se često dešavaju kulturne manifestacije na otvorenom, je u neposrednoj blizini, a u samom centru, kao i u prigradskom dijelu je mnoštvo ugostiteljskih objekata koji nude neodoljivu gastronomsku ponudu. Zapadno od centra grada, na udaljenosti od 2 km je izletište Krstova Gora gdje se nalazi ženski manastir.
