Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment with an additional sleeping area for a child up to 12 years old. This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a dining room, and a mezzanine with a living room equipped with Netflix and Prime Video. A beautiful terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Meuse River. Located on the 4th floor without an elevator, it is not recommended for elderly people or young children. The apartment is in the city center and opens directly onto the promenade, making it ideal for enjoying local activities and attractions. We accept pets, so you can travel with your furry friends. For everyone’s well-being and to respect the neighborhood, parties are not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is also prohibited inside. The rooms are assigned according to the number of people, and the rate is adjusted accordingly. The building does not have an elevator.
