The house is a mediterranean style villa blended with coastal elegance. It's a multilevel house sitting on top of a hill, overlooking the blue Caribbean waters from decks and windows. The inviting pool deck is surrounded by lush tropical gardens with diverse varieties of flowers and plans. There is plenty of entertainment such as TVs in every bedroom with a separate TV room; an array of books and and board games; there is foosball, basketball, ping pong, corn hole, 2 bicycles, 2 cayaks with trolleys, 2 paddle boards, 5 snorkel sets. You'll have everything needed for perfect beach days: there are plenty of beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and a large cooler with wheels. Your dream vacation home awaits here!

The house is situated in the eastern corner of the island, surrounded by several beautiful beaches just minutes walk away. With beaches to the north, east, and south, you can easily pick the perfect spot based on the wind direction. The neighborhood is peaceful, with only local traffic passing through. A grocery store is just a 4-minute drive away, and a variety of restaurants can be reached within 15 minutes. For dining out, East Villa serves delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine, while Pink Octopus is known for its amazing pizza and fresh seafood.
