Tucked away on the South West coast of Vancouver Island, lies the perfect haven with both forest and beach for you to enjoy. 8 suites with private bathrooms. Spend time in the hot tub, looking out over the Salish Sea and you might spot some whales! Walk down the forest path along the creek to the beach and explore the many tide pools and fossil beds to the North. Watch for our resident eagles and seals. Ocean, garden, and mountain views.

Ocean Wilderness Inn is located on the South West Coast of Vancouver Island about 45 minutes by car from Victoria, the Capital of British Columbia. The Inn is located in the town of Shirley, BC which is about 15 minutes Northwest of the town of Sooke, BC. We are located on West Coast Road, the main access road around the island, also know as the Pacific Marine Circle Route, so we are easy to find. We offer free continental breakfast, as well as refrigerators, coffee makers, with coffee, and electric tea kettles with tea in every room. There are a few spectacular eating establishments a short drive up the road, as well as several World Class dinning options in Shirley, Sooke, and Victoria.
