A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. *Pack & Play Policy* If you’re traveling with little ones, we’re happy to provide a Pack & Play at no extra cost—just let us know at least 24 hours before check-in so we can have it ready for you. We don’t keep them on-site, as each is taken off-site for deep cleaning between guests. Requests made after check-in are subject to a 75 CAD delivery fee. NOTE: - The air conditioning (A/C) unit is currently unavailable until summer. - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the Unit - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
