I grew up in this amazing and peaceful valley. I have loved sharing its wonders with visitors since 2017, when I returned from a career as a humanitarian worker in various countries. This gorgeous traditional stone house in a car-free village is perfect for couples or families looking for the authentic rustic experience. Enjoy dinner under the garden's palm trees with the Onsernone Valley's best view. It's gallery balcony (loggia) is particularly prized by visitors. The house is easily accessible on foot from the main road in less than 2 minutes. And Locarno is still only 25 minutes away!

Neighbourhood information

Berzona is the Onsernone Valley's only car-free village and is well-known for its charming stone houses. It has attracted writers, painters, and intellectuals for over 100 years, including Max Frisch and Golo Mann. And 10 minutes walking from the house is a secluded swimming spot in a refreshing mountain stream! Plus dozens of hikes for all levels are available in every direction.
