Note that depending on the number of guests the number of rooms will be available. Room 2 will only open when the maximum occupancy of the house is reached. It will be subject to confirmation by the property.

Please also note theres an extra charge of 30.000 COP after the third pet/per pet.

The property has two (2) access gates, both must remain closed during the night for security reasons, in case any guest wishes to enter during the night he/she must open them by him/herself.

The roof of the house is made of wood and at night it is possible to generate noise due to the contraction and expansion of the material.
