Property information

Our new Lagoon Apartment offers plenty of space. The terrace has a large dining table and can accommodate 4 people. There are also two sun loungers available on the terrace. The spacious living, cooking and dining area offers plenty of space for cooking together and for cozy game evenings. Since Lagoon Residence is still under construction, there may be some construction noise. You get a 20% construction site discount, which is already taken into account in the overnight price. Air conditioning is available. All our accommodations are non-smoking! Smoking areas are located on the terraces! Failure to comply will result in high additional fees. There is a 3% fee for card payments.

Neighbourhood information

The Lagoon Residence is located just behind the beach bars of Praia d' Estoril. The beach and the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. It's a 5-minute walk to the city center. There you will find everything you need for your stay. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars can be found in the city center.
