Lulu Guldsmeden is an environmentally-friendly, sustainable hotel that is a unique combination of modern design and Nordic-style sleekness. It is located in a historic building from 1850 in Berlin's Tiergarten/Mitte district and features a restaurant with organic dishes. Most of the ceilings at the Lulu Guldsmeden are 13 feet high and some of the rooms decorated in a family-loft style can accommodate up to 4 people. Most rooms are equipped with a colonial style four-poster bed and a flat-screen TV, while all rooms on the 4th floor have air-conditioning. All rooms have a fan except for the 20 rooms on the rooftop, they have air-conditioning. The Loft rooms all include a swing, and are particularly popular with children.
