This beautiful 3 bedroom and 3 bath condo is located in highly desired Playa Turquesa Ocean Club (gated with 24/7 security) in the most popular tourist area of Los Corales (Bavaro/ Punta Cana). In 3-5 minutes walking distance you will find restaurants, bars, supermarket, souvenir shops, spas, bakery, etc. The unit is equipped with a full kitchen and offers the most beautiful ocean views. For our guests disappearing the cold winters, we offer 1-5 months stays. Included in the price is high speed Wi-Fi, parking on the premise, linens, towels, beach towels, beach and pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, hairdryer, water, gas, gas for BBQ grill.. Additional fees are charged for electricity based on personal usage and airport pick up
Living and working in Punta Cana has always been a dream. Hosting guests is a pleasure for me and I am always here to help .
The beachfront complex is quiet even though located in the best and safest tourist area with lots of restaurants and entertainment you can either walk or get an Uber or contact me for a private driver
