Property information

Comfortable apartment with terrace and overlooking Cala el Golfet and the Formigues Islands. In a privileged environment of virgin coves and Mediterranean forest.

Neighbourhood information

It is located in the Golfet area, it is a quiet area, 5 minutes from the Golfet beach and 10 minutes from the centre of Calella. Very close to the Cap Roig botanical garden, where the CAP ROIG music festival is held every summer in which world-famous artists attend. During the summer months there is a tourist train that stops in front of the building and goes all along the beaches of Calella and Llafranc and to the San Sebastià Lighthouse, the rest of the year the bus stop is a 10-minute walk, at the entrance of the village. The beaches and coves are small and varied, that gives you the chance to know a different one each day until you know them all. The Baix Empordà area is also full of small medieval towns in a very good state of preservation that allow you to follow charming routes.
