WE ARE STRICT ENOUGH TO CLEAN AND USE THE PROPER PRODUCTS IN ALL THE APARTMENTS FOR A CORRECT DISINFECTION IN THE WHOLE AREA, TO ADAPT TO THE CURRENT PREVENTION MEASURES OF COVID-19. apartments with sea views, 60 meters walk to the beach and with excellent facilities in the urbanization. It has a magnificent park next door, ideal for walking and playing sports, it is called "Parque de la Paloma". Near Puerto Marina, it is approximately 10 minutes walk along the seafront. There are supermarkets and restaurants in the area to walk without having to go by car. In the urbanization there is a wide area of ​​swimming pools and garden with slides for children.

Neighbourhood information

Excellent areas to enjoy, first a few meters away is the beach. The magnificent complex of pools where there are slides, pool bar, garden area, pools of all sizes for children and adults. Selwo marina is also near an incredible water park to enjoy live animals. Ten minutes walk from this marina, excellent place full of bars and restaurants. Right behind the Benal Beach urbanization is the Paloma park where there are domestic animals in freedom and children can enjoy this great place.
