Flat with beautiful sea view and beach only separated by the pedestrian promenade, ideal for families. Quiet location with supervised parking. The flat (40m2) consists of living room with 2 sofa beds (140 cm), American kitchen, bedroom-cabin with 3 single bunk beds. Ceiling fans provide cool temperatures. Enjoy the sea view from the furnished balcony. Restaurants/bar 50m away, shopping 100m away, town centre 15 min walk. A parking space belongs to the apartment and can be used by our guests. The beach promenade is located directly at the apartment complex. There is no need to cross the street to get to the beach or to the town. Shops, restaurants and bar are in the immediate vicinity.

We are a German couple living in Montpellier in south of France for 13 years. We are pationated in water sports and have this little appartment as our sport at the sea side with nice sunsets above the sea.

Quiet location directly on the beach; sea access without crossing the road. Palavas-les-Flots is a seaside resort where everything is done to ensure you have a relaxing holiday with the family. Transport on foot or by bicycle is preferred. The town is situated between the pond and the sea and has the charm of small fishing ports. Next to the activities in the village like watersports, little museums, boat tours, beach life etc, there are quite a few nice towns nearly: Montpellier (30 min by bike, 15 min by car), Nimes, Sète. You can also visite the cathedral of Maguelone with a nice walk at the beach or the Sea aquarium in Grau du Roi. There are a lot of nice places for hiking or climbing as well - or you just relax on the beach. We are there for you for any advise - we know the area very well.
