This self-contained, ground floor flat is ideally located. A ten second walk to the beach and five minutes to town. With the Llŷn Peninsula in one direction and Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park in the other, whether you want to climb mountains, take to the water, cycle quiet lanes or enjoy charming coastal villages, this is the perfect base. The property comprises a spacious kitchen / lounge which includes oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave, in addition to a dining table with seating for 4, sofa bed, TV, side tables and storage cupboard. A small hallway with storage and coat-hooks leads to the large bedroom with king-size bed, bedside tables, storage for clothes, make-up desk/remote working space and ensuite comprising shower, sink and toilet. If preferred, the bed can be made up as twins. While most comfortable for two people, there is a sofa-bed in the lounge that could accommodate an additional person, or two children. This accommodation is a stones throw from the beach with French doors leading directly from the lounge, across the road and through the dunes on to a beautiful and quiet beach, ideal for walks, swimming, watersports and BBQs. We have hopefully provided everything you need for a comfortable stay, including all cookware, crockery and utensils. But if there is anything we have missed just let us know! Accessibility: Whilst all on one floor, there is a small step to enter the property and a larger step to exit the property via the rear which forms the rear fire escape. The accommodation is self-contained and you will have your own private access. A lock-box for the keys provides easy, flexible check-in.

There's so many local attractions and beautiful places to see; charming coastal villages such as Abersoch, Llanbedrog, Aberdaron and Morfa Nefyn, fantastic golf courses in Pwllheli, Abersoch and Morfa Nefyn, mountains to hike in Eryri (Snowdonia) and the stunning Welsh Highland Heritage Railway a short drive or train ride away in Porthmadog.
